RECENT PARTNERSHIPS
Our model for delivering ice cream to the most disadvantaged communities has been developed and refined in partnership with three outstanding organizations. We are very proud to be working alongside these charities, helping them to bring a special moment for the children they support.
We are already seeing evidence that working with our chosen partners is the best way to achieve our goals.
NISHKAM SWAT
Nishkam Swat is a charitable organization based in West London that was founded in 2008 by Randeep Singh Lall.
Their primary function is to unite and transform financially disadvantaged communities by focusing on projects which make a difference to people’s lives in the short term and improve their prospects in the long term. One of their biggest projects is the Homeless Project aiming at feeding the less fortunate in different areas in the UK.
RECENT PROJECT WITH NISHKAM SWAT, UK
In October 2020 we joined the Free School Meals campaign organized by Nishkam Swat. The Foundation made school children and their parents happy by donating 1000 tubs of vanilla and strawberry ice cream to children facing difficult situations in the United Kingdom.
CITTA
CITTA is a non-profit organization founded by Michael Daube and registered in the State of New York. They focus on methods that help build and support development in some of the most economically challenged, geographically remote or marginalized communities in the world. They connect with these communities, taking into account the lack of access to proper healthcare and educational opportunities as well as weak or non-existent economic development that can lead a community into a never-ending downward spiral.
RECENT PROJECT WITH CITTA, INDIA
In October 2020, the Ice Cream Dream Foundation joined forces with Citta, where we visited seven villages in Rajasthan, India, and distributed ice cream and smiles to the local villages, making the environment more comfortable and relaxed while parents enrolled their children in the newly built Rajkumari Ratnavati Girls School.
ORPHANED STARFISH FOUNDATION
Orphaned Starfish Foundation was founded in 2001 by Andy Stein to help orphans, victims of abuse, survivors of trafficking, indigenous populations, refugees and at-risk youth worldwide to escape their cycles of poverty and abuse through education and job training.
From humble beginnings building a small computer vocational training center in an orphanage for young victims of abuse in Santiago, Chile, he has built the Foundation to now serve over 15,000 children in 68
programs in 29 countries.
RECENT PROJECT WITH ORPHANED STARFISH FOUNDATION, CENTRAL AMERICA
In October 2020 the Ice Cream Dream Foundation partnered with the Orphaned Starfish Foundation to help them host ice cream parties for 15,000 children in 68 programs in 29 countries at the OSF campaign.
